Do I still get my deals?

Of course! Provi is simply a communications platform that consolidates the process of placing orders across multiple distributors. All deals, pricing, and promotions are still decided by the distributor— we are just the messenger for your order.

Yes! We encourage you to still have an active, on-going relationship with your reps. Provi is in no way meant to be an alternative to rep conversations and in-store visits. Your reps have a wealth of information regarding current promotions, product education, and market trends— making them a vital resource for your business.

Provi actually makes rep communication easier by enabling you to add custom notes to order items and chat with reps directly from the application.

Absolutely, that’s our whole reason for existence! Provi allows you to order from every single distributor servicing your establishment— self-distributors included. 

Because we act as a communication tool for placing orders, your distributors are not required to have an account with Provi in order to be listed on the platform. We have a team of data specialists who are in charge of adding all distributors and updating product information for every market.

Our database includes over 200 distributors and we’re adding more every day. If at any point you don’t see one of your distributors listed, reach out to Customer Success and we will add it immediately. 

We have over 30,000 products in our database, and we are constantly adding more as new products become available. If you don’t see something you want, you can add it instantly using our Create a Product feature, or you can send us an email and we’ll add it for you.

Provi is absolutely 100% free and will never cost a penny for bars, restaurants, and stores to have an account.

No, your credit card information is not needed to create an account or place an order. Invoicing and payments are still handled by each individual distributor. Provi doesn’t even allow the option to insert your credit card information.

Anyone responsible for placing alcohol orders should create a Provi account. At your establishment, this could be the Owner/Operator, General Manager, Beverage Director, Bar Manager, Director of Operations, or something similar.

It doesn’t. You will continue to receive your deliveries on your normal delivery day (per each distributor).

Provi was created for businesses at each level of the alcohol distribution system— whether you are a bar, liquor store, distributor or brand.
