Lagrow Organic Imperial Stout
imperial stout| 8.3% ABV
A respectful nod to the traditional style, LaGrow Organic's rich rendition is a refreshing alternative to stouts brewed with bourbon barrels, vanilla beans, chocolate, cacao nibs, marshmallows or peanut butter. Silky smooth and roasty & toasty, this deeply-flavored Imperial Stout is crafted with carefully curated organic dark malts and finessed brewing, resulting in a surprisingly light body and a pleasant dry finish. solemn oath Hobson S’More
Imperial stout| 9.5% ABV
To the benefit of the Naperville Parks Foundation, this beer is over 250 years in the making. Hobson pays tribute to the wild and gnarled bur oak that stood in DuPage county from approximately the mid 1700’s until November 2016 when it had reached the end of its life and had to be felled. The Naperville Parks Foundation spearheaded efforts for the wood to be put to use and our use is of course to make beer. Along with our friends at Miskatonic and Hop Butcher we brewed an imperial milk stout and aged it in bourbon barrels on top of wood chips from the famous tree. The end result is a massively rich stout, full of chocolate, that has a smooth warming finish with just a hint of smoke. We think it’s a fitting tribute to a true local icon.

solemn oath Mortar Joint
ipa|6% ABV
Featuring an obscene dry-hopping of experimental BRU-1 and Mosaic hops. Bubblegum, passion fruit, and pineapple fight their way to the forefront to tell the story of the 1916 Traub motorcycle. A one-of-a-kind hand-built bike discovered in 1968 behind the brick walls of a Cicero home by a plumber. It is considered the rarest and most mysterious motorcycle on the planet and it is said the son of the building owner stole the bike and as punishment his father forced him to enlist in the Army during the First World War. A war from which he never returned. Our second release of this incredible collab IPA, let this beer serve as a remembrance of forgotten history everywhere and the stories of humanity, like this one, that are forever lost to time.

pipeworks Dark Dreams
baltic porter | 10% ABV
It was a dark dream come true to brew this toasty, balanced, and long-lagered porter. This beer is a clean 10% ABV break from the "pastry" stout scene. It's a perfect wintery beer in our humble opinion.

Founders Frangelic mountain brown
coffee brown ale | 9% ABV
We love a well-balanced brown ale. Especially a brown ale of the hazelnut coffee persuasion. Case in point: Frangelic Mountain Brown. Initially brewed and released in bottles in 2012, this deliciously sweet and nutty coffee brown ale quickly became a favorite amongst beer fans and inspired us to continue pushing the coffee and beer envelope. Turns out your new favorite coffee drink is a beer.
