A homespun future-born Double India Pale Ale from two of America’s relatively new beastling hops. HBC 438, known now as Sabro, seeks its way through a boguing of distinct tangerine, coconut, and tropical fruit with a chirk of cedar aroma. The first SOB flight of unnamed HBC 586 brings a fruit smash medley of tropical mango, guava, and lychee citrus without fribble. A succeeding and modern fruit aromatic triumph with a foundation of 110 IBU bitterness so famous in our American craft beer annals.

Mouthwatering mango flavors collide into a dense creamy sweetness that helps to create our Mango Dreamsicle IPA. This luscious fruit-forward beer will have you dreaming of your very own tropical paradise.

Showcasing the alluring tropical notes of the Galaxy hop, Twisted Galaxy is a juicy double IPA that pushes both citrus and pineapple notes to the foreground.

Aged in bourbon barrels for 7 months, our beloved Christmas Ale is now as naughty as it is nice. Holiday spices and sweet honey are wrapped up with notes of wood and vanilla, adding depth that’ll keep you a-wassailin’ all season long.

Complex malt sweetness, chocolate, and caramel notes define this full-boded milk stout brewed with beans from Red Rooster Coffee Roasters.

Cinnamon and nutmeg in a beer. When we first introduced this beer, let’s just say that people weren’t exactly sure what to make of it. But after close to three decades of brewing this classic, there is no greater fervor for any of our seasonal beers than this one right here. Bring on the spice!

Brewed since 1988, this beer has become a New England seasonal classic. Cinnamon and nutmeg dominate the aroma. The taste is a rich combination of the holiday spices and the hearty malt backbone. There is a mild sweetness to the finish along with the lingering flavor of the spices.

We took a crisp, light-bodied cherry ale and hid it away in oak barrels that have held both bourbon and maple syrup. After a lengthy stint, it emerged a changed beer, blanketed in notes of warm vanilla and earthy sweetness. The wood proves itself the star of this beer, adding depth and taming the tart cherry while the maple imposes a velvety texture that lingers for not a moment too long.
