New Beer Releases: September 28th - October 15th

This special release of our flagship Hi-Pitch Mosaic IPA gets double dry hopped with some juicy West Coast hops resulting in eye-opening citrus & tropical fruit aromas. Expect huge grapefruit, tangerine, & melon flavors from the chorus of Mosaic & Centennial to balance out the malt in this dank & dangerously drinkable double IPA.

Jockamo® Juicy IPA is a Double Dry Hopped IPA packed with Citra, Apollo and a blend of experimental hops. It pours a lively gold color while the brewing process produces a distinctive haze. Coming in right at 6%, Jockamo® Juicy IPA produces tropical and fruity notes that will leave you wanting more!

Just cause it's dark and German doesn't mean it's an alt. Based on the obscure Kottbusser style of beer, this surprisingly dry beer retains all the aroma and nuance of honey (from bees) and molasses (not from bees) creating a perception of sweetness through cool, controlled fermentation. Because we're sweet enough damn it.

One day, we got the urge to one-up our already colossal Imperial Stout, and we’re glad we did. A year in bourbon barrels has smoothed the sharp edges of Impending Descent, and armfuls of chocolate, vanilla and raw cane sugar make it a meal. A warm, velvety, intense meal. If you have the patience, you could tuck a few away in your cellar, but we think it’s ready for your glass.

'Hazy-O!' starts with literally truckloads of oats & wheat for a full body, then it’s liberally dry-hopped to deliver juicy tropical notes of citrus, mango and pineapple! But the real star is our secret ingredient: oats! This Hazy IPA uses 4 types of oats including: malted oats, providing cloudiness & mouthfeel; rolled oats, creating silky mouthfeel; naked oats, providing a subtle toasted and nutty flavor; and oat milk to amplify the haze and mouthfeel for a beer that is incredibly juicy & hop-forward while being smooth and refreshing!

Coconut Cream Ale is bursting with toasted coconut, lactose milk sugar, & infused with nitrogen to add a velvety and creamy finish.

Having inspired an entire series in 2020 (including Death By King Cake and Death By Affogato), the original returns with decadent levels of coconut and pure liquid cacao in a velvety dark porter. Like a candy bar in beer form, Death By Coconut has a sweet coconut aroma that’s to die for and a chocolate-y finish that will knock you out.

We’ve been enjoying beers brewed with the Mackinac Fudge coffee in our taproom for years, and now we’re finally bringing that treatment to KBS. It takes the chocolate flavor traditionally found in KBS to a whole new level. Add in a hint of maple syrup and now you have an elegant, yet explosive new flavor experience.
